The Author

Mr. Joseph Borza, a resident of Venice, Florida for the past seven years, was born on July 22, 1944 in Budapest Hungary. Mr. Borza immigrated to the United States of America, arriving in New York aboard the USS Buckner as a Hungarian refugee on January 30, 1957. His family sponsored by the First United Methodist Church of, Sylacauga, Alabama where he attended school for a year and a half before relocating briefly to, Mobile, AL, then to Lucedale, MS, eventually making his home in St. Louis, MO. Mr. Borza entered the US. Army in 1961 and served some twelve years at various assignments including, France, CONUS and several tours in Vietnam. Honourably discharged and returned to Vietnam for private contracting with the US Embassy. After a number of years in Vietnam, Mr. Borza returned home and joined the corporate hospitality industry. Being quite successful, he decided to leave the corporate world and start his own business, a Restaurant, in Ardmore, OK, where he remained for thirty-five years. Upon his retirement, he moved to Florida and began his writings. Mr. Borza has been married for Forty-seven years to Toi, he has five children and five Grand-children.
